We explain how to keep accurate medication documents and the use of medication administration record [MAR], medication delivery log, medication refusal or missed medications. Reviews the Med Tech terminology and reviews the different routes that medication may be administered. Review of the appropriate abbreviation when documenting medications.

READ: All testing for the November training must be completed by November 26th. No Testing in December.
